got a reply today saying I was not on their list of ppl to compensate, even though in the original email from over a month ago, they claimed to put me on the list....

Well that's no good
Would you like the contact info for the lady I dealt with?
I emailed 2 weeks ago and it came today

I didn't have to contact anybody. Ray at Reef Supplies sent me a link to Hanna's website and I just put the lot number in. (Ray looks after his customers!) It said my tester was one of the lots affected and I just had to enter my mailing address.

That's how we all started the process but it took months for delivery, which is why people had to call Hanna Canada direct to get an update/speed up the process. (Emails went unanswered) I filled that form out back in January and just received my replacements just over a week ago. I will have to agree on Ray taking good care of his customers though, always great customer service !

I still have not got my replacement and none of the links to the form work anymore. Does anyone have an email address for them?
Getting tired of waiting and thinking about going to an LFS to buy some but how do I know if I am getting a good batch?

You should call Hanna Canada, they will be able to check the status of your replacements.

I emailed sales@hannainst.com today with my inquiry. It's now been TWO months.

Got mine a few days ago, still reads 2.5 dKh lower than my Salifert test.

So how do you know which test is correct?
