Got mine a few days ago, still reads 2.5 dKh lower than my Salifert test.

1. Alk measurement is concordant with with Ca measurement by Salifert test (balanced dosing/Ca reactor)
2. Observation of coralline growth 3. History of good results from Salifert in the past - I trust them 4. Agree all of our hobbyist test kits are not very accurate

Thanks to gmann for the email address. I sent them an email and according to their response, they shipped the reagents to me on March 29th but it was returned due to insufficient postage, and they reshipped today. Whatever. It least it is finally on its way.
