coral/nem id please

[Reef Puffer]

this little guy just showed up one day on the bottom of a frag disk carrying acans. i havnt seen it open up so really have no idea what it could be? it has moved itself about 3/4 of an inch, looks like its trying to avoid the light? will see if i can get a larger picture? thanx
