i've been running a 24/7 light for the last few years and it's been working great for me.

It's growing great now. It may have needed some time to acclimate to my system??
I'm seeing best growth with med flow, lots of light (2x coil type pc lamp from canadian tire) , and reverse lighting schedule. It seems to grow faster with reverse lighting rather than 24/7.
