If you're patient, you can pick up any of the major players for second hand. I have four GHL mitras, bought second hand paid less then $400 for each of them.
I've seen over the last year, a lot of fixtures come through this site. There's even a vertex or two on the board now, and I'm sure they'd ship. Do your research, find the one that works for you and wait.
