On your picture you have your durso pipes at the bottom of the over flow boxes, is this correct or just how it looks on the drawing? If the stand pipes are that low then you would be getting a lot of water noise from it splashing to the bottom of the overflow and it would be difficult to adjust the air inlet of the stand pipe to get a smooth flow down the pipe to prevent surging.
