Tek Light 6 bulb 36" problems

HI,

to elaborate, I found loose end caps on a few bulbs, and exchanged them, but the center bulbs still won't turn on. The actinic are working fine now.

bring it over to me, i can test it all and figure out whats wrong with it for you if you'd like
