that would be ideal.
I have a bin at work that I could just toss the glass into as well but would need to be smashed first. I did talk to a glass recycling place who said I would need to remove the trim before they would take it. But a lonely bin in an abandoned parking lot sounds enticing...

Alright, so after talking with progressive Waste, they will refuse and aquarium.
The rep was kind enough to say she would check on where I can take it and call me back. After about 20 mins, she called to say that the only place they will accept the aquarium as is is indeed the wastech transfer station on united blvd. tarp and smash it is.
