![]() Thanks. I have now added a 1/2 HP Arctica chiller into the return pump line. That way there will always be water circulating through it. Last summer the tank temp hit 84/85 some days as I don't have central air conditioning (like most West coasters). At that time there was very little in the tank but now with a pretty good load of mixed reef I want to ensure temperature stability. It may only run a dozen days a year but I don't want to cook the tank.
