If you punch 70 watt current usa sunpod into google, you'll see what it is.

It's a light that will fit the tank you have listed.

It can grow anything.

It is NOT a lid though, so you'd be running open top or have to fashion some egg crate or something.

more than enough for the size of thank and saves a lot of heat compared to a 150 or 250.

I have grown sps and clams with it, no problem.

I've also used a par 38 bulb over a biocube 14 and it worked very well.
