Got two 24" but they reach up to 36" with the extendable arms. But also in Victoria.

If youre still in need, I have 2 sets of haven glo retro kits...
Also 2 sets of reflectors
2 sets of bulbs...

1 set has been barely used.
1 set is still brand new.
