You could dips the zoas and some lps in hydrogen peroxide to kill it off the frags. I have used up to 50/50 mix on zoas with no adverse affects. And 1:4 on some lps.

I have had really good luck with getting rid of Bryopsis using Elysia crispata and some stringent nutrient control in the past.

peroxide is a great tool to combat tha, gimme a shout if you nee help Ian.
