Thanks for all the input. She's tried physio but I can't convince her to keep at it.
I'll look into KARP. Thanks Braid

That's your problem right there.
She needs to keep doing whatever shes doing. There are no quick fixes. Often it can take months to get things going in the right direction again.

I'm a fan of Chiro and massage used together. When you look at folks who stare down at phones or at computers or whatever, look what way their neck is bent, and their back and shoulders. We are supposed to have a natural curve in our necks that is the opposite of our thoracic area, and that is opposite to the lumbar area, and when your spine is out of alignment it puts tension on the muscles causing pain and spasms. Getting those bones back in the proper alignment, and relaxing the muscles with massage so they don't pull the bones back, does wonders. Even a slight misalignment can cause serious issue and pain, including intense migraines.

Then follow up with exercise and stretches to strengthen the muscles and prevent further issues. Proper posture!

CAn you provide a lil bit of detail in terms of where and what kind of pain she is experiencing? Chrio, acupuncture, phsyio, ims (dry needling) are options. Also how far you willing to travel to see one.

Lastly, and most importantly, there is no quick fix. She wont be cured in one or two sittings, so regardless what option you go with, you gotta make sure she's 100% on board.

I've asked her to write it down in detail
Get back to you

Really don't want to be known as the crankiest guy on here.
Just tired of some of the BS that happens ...

I love most of the community deeply, just hate a few, and don't trust them to keep things polite

My fault for lumping the whole community into one pile of bad dudes

I'll try to be a Mr Nice Guy for awhile and see how things go ...

So, in the meantime, maybe I'll try a 'new' new me ..

Apprehensively trusting, pensively hopeful, and yet still daringly optimistic.

Maybe now I'll get some likes Yay, or not
