I realize that you are in Lethbridge but where is the shipment coming from...Vancouver / Burnaby or Quebec? Makes a huge difference in actual shipping costs depending on what carrier you use. So to clarify I asked WHERE is it being shipped from and by which carrier?

Not sure where he is located in, but for example if i order from reef supplies ( in Quebec) or big reef depot ( ontario ) its usually 10$ shipping average, I'm sure its something as simple as he so used to shipping rock and heavy sand that he hasn't changed the price for the other stuff

Did you try calling to see what shipping is?
I know the website has a basic shipping fee, but if you call he well get you the best possible price he can.

im not trying to make it a problem and I've had nothing but success with the product just the cost seems so high
