I've had a few people ask...

This is Next day courier guys (UPS or FedEx). I am not doing an airport pickup.
I would not be advising anyone order any fish. They may not fair well over night. Corals tend to be a little hardier then some fish... sometimes.

If you choose to order fish, do so at your own risk. I know most fish spend far longer then overnight in a box when they make their way to a fish store.
I would recommend you send an email to Bill and enquire about adding fish prior to ordering.
I am more then willing to make sure they get floated asap and are kept in the dark.
And dry goods tend not to fit well in a box full of coral

Live Arrive Guarantee

All livestock orders must be received and require a signature upon the first delivery attempt. Failure to do so will void our Live Arrive Guarantee unless an arrangement has been made before package is shipped out. Please Note ! Saltwater fish and very sensitive inverts are not included in our Live Arrive Guarantee if your order is shipped by courier such as UPS or Fed Ex. Fish and Inverts are included in our Live Arrive Guarantee when delivered by Incredible Aquarium or shipped using Same Day Air, such as Air Canada, West Jet etc. etc.

All DOA's MUST be reported within 3 hours of delivery, as time stamped by UPS, Fed Ex or Air Cargo, and a clear photo of the DOA item must be sent to us immediately. Failure to do so will void our Live Arrive Guarantee.

Your claim will be honoured as a credit towards your next Livestock purchase. Shipping charges are not credited.

Delays due to weather, mechanical failures, etc, which result in loss will not be covered under Incredible Aquarium's Live Arrive Guarantee. Shipping destinations outside of normal UPS Express Routes making overnight shipments unlikely are not included. Always Check first.
