Danny, the conversion factor you need is less than either of the ones calculated on the 2 sites referred to by muck. You indicated your hydrometer is calibrated at 75 degrees - not the 60 degrees assumed by both sites. So the actual specific gravity of your tank water is closer than those calculations suggest if your tank temperature is near 75 degrees.
Sorry I don't have the exact conversion, but it's much more important to maintain stable conditions than worry about the EXACT salinity, as long as you're in the ball park.
