There are these things which are fairly new. HERE. You plug the Ethernet into them and they use the homes 110V wiring as a cable. Seems like sorcery to me.

But I would shoot off an Email to Neptune and ask if they think they could work.

The Apex is an amazing Controller, it just sucks they are so hard to connect wirelessly.
