Sorry for the slow response everyone. Bill at IA says " Yes, Free Shipping is given when the total purchase amount for drygoods and Livestock combined exceeds $400.00 (Before sales taxes). And you are also correct that there are additional charges for Bulky/Heavy items."
Unfortunately, I cannot be a part of this GB anymore. If there is someone who wants to take it from here I'm sure there would be enough interest now to hit the free shipping mark. My apologies. Hung
