My tank only draws 80-120 watts. Not sure how long it lasts but a few hours anyways with out doing. Ideally one would just run the return pump off it as its the most essential part of the system. I have everything plugged into mine

I'll go check the estimates run time when I'm home. I have all my gear hooked up to a switch panel so I haut hooked the panel to the ups for now

I just acquired a server battery back up unit for free from my neighbor who worked in that industry, needs new batteries, I'll bring pictures to the social on the 8th.

You can add car batteries to a computer UPS, works great. Can run for hours if you need it to.

UPS has been around for a longtime to keep critical servers operational. They are very safe.

Only thing is to make sure you have a UPS rated at double the wattage you need. So when you hook up the car batteries the components can handle the extra heat.

Here is mine. You can use a battery or multiple batteries as big as you want to run DC equipment.
