I lived in Surrey once. Guy tried to steal my car, couldn't get it started. Guy comes back next night, removes ignition, couldn't get it started. I take it to shop for repairs (in Surrey), probably same guy tries to steal it again, can't get it started but does relieve me of 5k stereo system. Glad I moved

Might not be all that appropriate based on what I'm reading in this thread. Link to an article from a few years ago, but seems apropos & not much has changed to improve the situation. Time to move to northern Saskatchewan I reckon, but it's burning up....

Despite being named crime capital of Canada 2 years running a few years ago here I still feel safer living here than anywhere in the lower mainland.
