I was just told by a buddy that it's banned here. Although the base chemical is actually made in Canada. If a store has it, it's probably very old stock. Unless I heard wrong

I have one bought a couple years ago. Not sure if it has expiry date or not. It is sitting in the garage. If you want it you can have it.
