![]() Yes, it's normal. If tips are burnt (dead) you'll get algae in a couple days on the tips.

Brad's right though, you will get algae on the tips in a couple days if they got burned because when they get burned the flesh actually falls off the tips. IF it is burned tips, the usual suspect is low or fluctuating alkalinity. |
