It's worth the $40 that I spent on it. I like this unit cause its easy to use and it will not scratch up your glass. I would say this is one of the best product for 2014.

I also have this unit on two of my tanks and they are awesome... very small chance to scratch the glass (although there is still a chance).
Also not afraid to go near or in the sand. I think tunze could have made the unit float, however as it really sucks when it drops while trying to move sides... Also careful with the blade as its quite sharp.
