Forgot to mention tank dimensions.



Place where tank is going. On one side is the family room/kitchen and the other side is the stairs/opening for entry. (Tank is the first thing you see walking up the stairs)



Hole on one side for a drain.

Very cool. A build from complete scratch like this is my dream. Build the house around the tank not vice versa
So it's going be open on two sides or three?

It will be the 2 long sides only. Got starphire for that purpose.
