I have the tank but you just too far from me, and yes its cheaper to buy use tank then build your own.

sorry mine is 36x18x18" so it is 50G not 12" that you are looking for. Unless you have room for it. It has 1.5" bulkhead at back with close cap for easy overflow setup.
