That sucks I had that happen on my vertex skimmer I temp fixed it by citing off the plastic filing the magnet reattaching and jb welding and lastly filing held up till I got a replacement then the pump body fried... Couldn't win

But so far my koralias are fine if they fail I have the gyre

Shouldn't have to mess with parts from any manufacturer
Tired of spending my hard-earned money only to have to deal with things like this ...

The next thing of mine that breaks is going to create a whole new experience for the customer service staff ... !!
