burnt out LEDs in AI Hydras...
... but happy ending due great customer support from AI.
Couple of weeks ago seemed one side of the tank a little dimmer and ended up finding 6 LEDs out across the 2 units. Contacted AI support and immediate response was even though outside of warranty (bought Nov/13) they would be sending out replacement pucks and driver boards at no cost. All they asked was return the used parts to their Cdn distributor. So other than finding out AI has great support, also learned that maybe every once and awhile I should confirm all LEDs working.
