![]() How does one know if an e-mail is actually from you or from some fraudulent site?
Was the e-mailing you sent out just a selective membership? I didn't receive anything other than a "junk" e-mail proportedly from Apple with a sender listed as ----.on.microsoft.com. Same message that I've had hacking attempts. |

![]() The email is sent to the account holder that has had their account tampered with. It's just a warning, and has no links. I think you're misunderstanding the issue.

WHY? |

![]() Same reason they try to sign up with spammer accounts, post things like iphone ads, etc. They get paid some amount for every link they post. I've gotten very good at filtering them at sign up (sometimes 30 per day) and now I guess they want to try existing accounts.
Just make sure you have a complex password, should be fine.

![]() So they are not trying to steel my reef secrets or plagiarize my sarcastic PM's?
That's a relief. |

![]() OK thanks, I was thinking "blanket" type e-mails like regular junk e-mails I guess.
