I have had a few inquiries about whether I will ship and how well the unit will ship. Yes, I will ship and I think that the unit will ship well via Greyhound. This is not a flimsy piece of equipment.
I would suggest shipping in three boxes. One long box for the fixture itself, with all the bulbs and tempered glass sections removed, with styrofoam padding. A second box for the MH ballasts and cords and a third box for all the bulbs and glass pieces. While three boxes would increase the shipping cost, it would be the safest. I'd also suggest that the shipment be insured. Although I will do best to package everything as well as possible, I will not be liable for damage in transit. To cover the cost, time and effort of the packaging, dropping off at Greyhound, etc, I'd ask for an add $75 plus actual shipping costs to my asking price. I have spare MH bulbs and T5 bulbs that I will include with the fixture. Let me know if you are interested.
