ATI Help! Fans wont turn on, brand new unit!

Hey all

Having some issues right now. I have a brand new ATI 8x36 Dimmable fixture. Over the last couple day my unit has been going into safe mode a lot. It seems the fans will not run at all. I have taken them out and made sure all the connections where secure and tight.

Now they don't want to run at all and the temp is hitting 39c+

The unit is above my tank about 9", there are not close walls and it is not inclosed at all.

Any help would be great... Im kinda stressing out here...

No chance the pin for the fan power has pulled loose from the transformer

I have recut all my fan wires and they seem to be working now... hope it stays...

I didnt want to take the whole thing apart the fixture, just redid the fan wires. That may have helped.. the 3rd time I did it..
