It does work out to be the same with exchange rate unless you have some greenbacks sitting around and a mail box across the boarder. I usually use them for the stuff I can't get around here.

BRS doesn't do free shipping to Canada, that's just a US special. I've found that once you add the 15% taxes and duties plus shipping that you're better off just buying locally. Plus, buying in the US means you have a US warranty, not a Canadian warranty.
