![]() I would say it depends on the thickness of your tank. I think the rw 15s would be enough flow but whether they'll hold on your glass or not will be the big thing. I tried them on my 300 gal but they would just barely hold on the glass. My tank is a custom 300gal with 15mm sides. If your tank is made with thinner glass or factory made you may be ok. In the instructions it even says they are best to be used with less than 15mm glass. I would say 12mm would most likely be the max. Im hoping the rw20s are going to have stronger magnets then the 15's or I'll be sticking with the two gyres I have.

![]() I think two RW-15s would be good too. I have two RW-8s on a 4 foot 120 gallon and I can't run them at full speed without producing a sandstorm. These powerheads pack a lot of punch.

![]() I think about 12 to 14 inches. Not home to measure it right now. But they are about half way up.

![]() I usually place them 1/3 from top when i was running the tunzes in my old tank. Lower usually pushed the sand up for me

![]() I'd recommend the 15's! I just put the 20s on my 300 and I have them on the lowest setting and have to redo my sand twice in the week I've had them on.
