Default anyone want a mantis shrimp?

Was cleaning up some of the dreaded red fluff algae when he come out of the rock,i knew i had seen him a couple months ago.Have not lost any fish but have been noticing alot of empty shells laying around.

Hey there mecka what other shrimp can you put in there with him and what fish will the shrimp eat .

If he's been eating snails he's likely a "smasher" and won't eat fish at all... not sure if you can risk any other crustaceans in with him.

woh woh big gunner , both my smashers ate fish like they were going out of style.. they are just more sneaky at catching them. a smasher will eat anything it can hit or grab, its that sperer that is more likely to leave armored critters alone.
