Default Help id

Found this creepy looking thing in my rock and I was hoping that someone could id it.

I also just found a weird looking Orange centaped like thingy walking on my sand bed. Anyone know what it was? Are either of these things something to worry about?

Bad pic but u can see the three little arms to the left of the snail shell. It's kinda spider like but it never leaves the rock.

What about the Orange and white centipede? I have only seen it at night when the lights are off.
