Thanks, Ryan. Definitely have some mixed feelings,... but I need the room. However, I do have some encrusted rocks and frags, so it will be back,... probably sooner than later.

In any case, sale is now pending. That was fast..., and by the culprit who had me start chopping it up a few weeks ago,... lol.
