Lights are finally going on my 65gl and I need something to replace them with!

I have a 4 bulb t5 sitting in my garage. Needs to be cleaned and needs bulbs. 50$ it worked when I turned it off but I have no bulbs to re test it.

When I turned it out bulbs flickered and turned out and I'm sure burnt out.
