Ounce mixed you have about 5 minutes working time sets in 10 minutes cures faster in saltwater then dry and takes about 2 hours.
Strength is 500lbs/square inch, I believe but will get exact numbers if really needed.

I love this product I use it to mount frags to scape everything one thing you need to know using it is wet the rocks first and it takes way longer to cure fully then it says on the package
