![]() A standard 120gal is a very versatile size. Easy to light, provide adequate flow, wide and long enough for creative aquascaping, not too heavy or long for moving, and plenty of options for stocking. In the first two years of being in this hobby I went through a 20gal, 48gal, 33gal, and 50gal before moving up to the 120gal which I have now had for 8 years. That being said... a 250gal 5'x3'x2' would be nice.
