True. It was more about showing how they look in an aquarium than about moving water or polyps. The GYRE look is very cool and gets rid of that powerhead clutter you see in many aquariums.

Here is another video I posted on YouTube, of another GYRE I installed in a rimless SPS cube tank. I have it in a Pulse Wave mode and barely dialled in. It has this 100 gallon cube rocking.

Yes, this is/was the Maxspect Riptide Gyre Generator. They have dropped the "Riptide" part of the name going forward.
