I have started a Google Docs spreadsheet for people to use. PM me with your e-mail address and I will give you access.
It is pretty self explanatory. Order is planned for early October unless the weather is completely horrible then we will discuss an alternate date. Charles

The order is back and I *think* I have shared it with everyone. Let me know if you are not able to see it in the same folder as the spreadsheet.
On a different topic I have to go to the US for 3 to 5 weeks on Sunday for work so I won't be able to receive the order or get anything for myself. The prices are no different and shipping would only be $1 more for the participants. If there is someone who wants to take over as the group buy leader send me a PM Charles
