the same happened for me to..ordered a dc pump on 13 july and still did not received it,emailed to nick asking what happened and nothing,no response..my first order from him went smooth i got the pump on time but now i wait for 2 weeks and who knows how long it will take..

that's a long time.last time when i bought my dc12000 it arrived very fast,5-6 days..so i will wait and see.
