Doesn't sound like the island has much to offer. Haha should have moved this side of the Rockies between tank swap.

Lived on that side for a year. Left as soon as the snow melted. I'm good here

Here's an August 1 shot. I'm going to take a pic every 1st of the month to see how things develop.
Here you can see the diatoms getting a bit out of hand. Love this part of the tank start-up process -lol

Shot of the Purple Monster and friends. Hanging on to it's color quite well, all things considered. The dead looking piece behind it is actually light yellow. (for now)
