![]() I seem to be having a problem with my 48 inch ATI Powermodule. One side of my T5's has stop working. I checked the bulbs, no issue with them. Anyone else have this kind of issue? Can you share any info, that you might have come across, that might resolve this new problem?

![]() How many bulbs is the fixture?

![]() It's four 48" T5's, and three 3xLED modules, and one side of my T5's went "poof" in front of me. I thought maybe it was a bulb. But switch around some T5's, and now only one side works. I'm thinking ballast, but I'm not quite sure.

![]() Ballast or a loose wire. You'll need to open it to have a look.

![]() That's an expensive fixture to just open up and have a look. I'd contact the retailer, assuming you bought it within the last year.

![]() How long have you had the fixture? I got the exact same unit, hope it doesn't give me the same problem. Probably calling ATI directly would be best

![]() Yep I agree , I would not open it if its under warranty.

![]() Its either the relay or the ballast. Same thing happened to my fixture (dimmable). Ati sent me both relay and fixture, opened it up myself and changed the relay. Everything is push connect wires in the fixture. But opening and closing the fixture was extremely challenging.
