![]() I would remove the window, but it's an older house and I'm not sure I could put it back together in a way that she wouldn't notice.
As a backup plan, she's ok with me finishing the stand in the house, but I'd have to tarp myself in to do the router work.

![]() too big if you take the door off?if you're putting foam under your tank then you can just screw the top down(countersink).or if you're painting the top you can fill the holes with dynapatch and paint over them after sanding

![]() I've decided to do it properly (so unlike me) and disassemble and shorten the stand. I want to keep the original design and it has to leave the house one day, preferably in one piece
