Didn't you take your tank down and thoroughly clean it? So basically your starting over from scratch and are you not going to let it cycle? Sorry if I missed something as to why I'm asking.

The rock had been removed and placed in water for a week .
I drained the tank , cleaned it and refilled , added the live rock 4 weeks ago. And ran harsh carbon .
Cycle is over , adding sand bed today ! Then qt my fish for two weeks in tank transfer so I get rid of the ich I had previously .

Water tested good , urchins doing well , left over corals on rocks that made it are growing .


On a good note , no more pest anomones and I can get rid of the ich easy
