, no I kinda let it go when I realized it wasn't an RO/DI.

I was looking over the other units they have in their auctions and I just wasn't too sure. I mean I have an RO/DI, it's just that it needs new filters (including the membrane ).

I have had my 75 gpd (what they used to sell) for almost a year now. It's great, was cake to install (I modified the insallation to fit my needs). I think I should change the filters now that I think about it (I bought the replacement filters too).

A big thumbs up.

Just set up my new 75 gpd ro/di last week and am very happy with it so far. Took a 5 gal jug for drinking water camping and was very happy I did. No tap water taste or smell. My brother in-law is a plumber so he modified it for me, and it was easy to set up.

This is the one that I got off of ebay. It is a 6 stage ro/di and has been working great for the last 8 months. I also have a TDS meter to tell me when the filters need replacing. So far everything is good. This unit takes my tap water from about 260ppm to 7ppm total disolved solids.

I couldn't find anything this affordable locally. HTH
