They've always shipped to me through USPS, all I've had to pay when it lands is GST and a handling charge ($9.95 on $289 order).

I think $30 on a $100 order is a lot. I just order from Southern Drip now and they have every fitting imaginable. I used to be under the impression it was hard to find fittings in Canada, but it really isn't if you know where to look, so I don't see the point in ordering from the US.
