All I've ever fed is dry pellets and Nori, Maybe once a month I'll throw some frozen food in as a treat.
My CB is going on 3-4yrs now and loves pellets and green star polyps..

I always get a chuckle when people ask how to kill off GSP, I've got a "finicky" eater that loves plucking it!!
