I used it once, it seemed to work but my skimmer was mad at me for days.
Over all I don't think I would use it again, I use MB7 now as suggested by " reef pilot" and seems to help a lot.

Hey! I never "LEFT" the hobby, just doing fresh water now. Which is still listed as part of Canreef if I'm not mistaken.
