Our experience with Aqua Digital

I just wanted to to post my experience with aqua digital on the last few months, we communicated through multiple emails as he helped us choose the best controller package as well as new era food and balling salts.

I am not very computer savvy and he went out of his way to tell me sites where to research and get information on the product and different programming.

He was very helpful with choosing the right controller and acessories and was not pushy as to try to upswell stuff we did not need.

I was very pleased with how fast he would respond to emails and questions even on weekends I was surprised at the service, his product knowledge is immense. But the biggest thing that impressed me was in his honesty if he didn't know we told us up front. There was a bit of a hiccup in our order and as soon as I contacted him he was out front in acknowledging his mistake and quickly rectified it.

I do wish that there was a larger inventory carried here in North America though.

in regards to stocking, ProfiLux saw quite the downturn due to the Canadian economy where as the USA side went crazy so we had to move stock to where it was needed. Also understandably Canadian dealers were not overly willing other than a few to sit on high end price ticketed stock, this goes with many brands, as such finding key items became a challenge

We will be addressing this year and providing key dealers full stock inventory so there is always product for demand.

Hopefully there will be more inventory available quicker. I would have bought more items if they were available quicker.
Also, let me know if Profilux decides to get into the water pump business.
What I have leaves something to be desired.
Profilux quality pumps would be welcome.

I have mentioned this to GHL and there is interest, I just dont know when, there are some huge projects coming this year already so not sure if anything will happen this year.
